Working with Intimacy Directors

Monday, September 19th @ 6:30-8:30pm

As standards improve around intimacy work and consent in the rehearsal process, Intimacy Directors (IDs) are becoming a more consistent member of production teams. How should we as stage managers interact with this new role? How can we best support their work? What are the rehearsal practices that we should be aware of, both when the ID is present in rehearsal and when they are absent? Ian Bond and Alyssa Kay, co-founders of PNW Theatrical Intimacy, will be leading this month's workshop. Join us as we explore how to better support this important work.
