Next EVENT:

SM Networking!

Monday, April 1st

Sessions from 12:30-7:30pm

ACT Theatre (700 Union St)

Seattle’s SM Networking Event returns this year! In-person for the first time since February 2020, stage managers and local theatre representatives sit down for 5-minute, speed-dating style interviews. At the end of the session, you’ll have talked with every company in the room! It’s a great way for people of all experiences to refresh their interview skills, connect with fellow local artists, and get some facetime with those who do the hiring before next season rolls around. Bring your resume, put your best foot forward, and get networking!

Photos from our June workshop

A series of workshop classes and panel discussions for Stage Managers in the Seattle area, SM Collective is focused on offering continuing education, building community, and exploring current topics.  We aim to nurture a culture of mentorship, knowledge sharing and mutual support.  By creating a space for new and seasoned stage managers to mingle and develop connections, we also hope to build better access to work opportunities and create a more accessible career pathway that isn't reliant on formal education.
